The breakfast at the restaurant was great, and the convenient, tranquil setting was a bonus, with a nearby location just 3 km away, making me want to visit again in the future.

The resturant is a get it from a vending machine & microwave it yourself as mentioned but not great choice to say the least. the bar is limited at best when it is staffed.

Comfortable beds in the rooms, friendly check-in experience, and convenient on-site parking 🛏️.

The location was unbeatable - next to good transport facilities, great Italian restaurant over the road, and a taxi or a hours walk.

I found the lack of facilities ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Surely, due to the lack of amenities in the local area, the restaurant should have had more than vending machine food as an option?! My room was dirty and I have come away with bed bug bites. It's a shame as I have stayed at other Arora hotels and have had excellent experiences.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were helpful and friendly and our one night stay was enjoyed and resestful.

The room was brand-new with free wifi, and the breakfast was nice hot. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, in a residential area about 10 minutes drive from Heathrow T5, convenient to go everywhere. I found Queens Arms offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue;)))

The restaurant was very clean with tasty food. the beds were lovely.

As always the standard was high. I have used this hotel now for many years when working near Heathrow and it still offers the same excellent service. The secure car parking is always reassuring.
